Terms of Service
These Terms apply to Sellify's website, application, Chrome extension and related support. Your service provider is Nors Nusantara Teknologi Ltd, registered in Indonesia. Contact support@itssellify.com. By creating an account you agree to the version presented to you. Mandatory Australian and Indonesian rights are not excluded.

Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If acting for a business, you must have its authority. Provide accurate account information, protect access and promptly report suspected unauthorised use. Do not share access to defeat security or account limits.
What the service does
Sellify assists with product imports, draft preparation, eBay listings, stock and price monitoring, messages and order fulfilment. Some actions depend on a compatible running extension and verified connected accounts. Monitoring is periodic, not a guarantee of real-time stock, price or delivery availability. Review important information before publishing or buying. Supported checkout assistance leaves the final purchase click to you.
Your instructions and responsibilities
You authorise the specific connections and workflows you enable, including configured stock/price updates and notifications. You remain responsible for the goods you sell, accurate listings, prices, taxes, intellectual-property rights, buyer communications and fulfilment decisions. Use only accounts and data you are authorised to access. Do not use Sellify for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, abusive or unauthorised activity or to defeat security controls.
Buyer information
Use buyer and recipient information only for legitimate order, support and recordkeeping purposes. Provide appropriate notices and have a lawful basis or other required authority; your acceptance of these Terms does not constitute a buyer's consent. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information. Cooperate with requests concerning buyer information and notify us promptly of suspected exposure. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling and contact process.
Independent platforms
Sellify is independent of eBay, Amazon and Google and is not endorsed by them. Their terms, approvals and service availability apply separately. We cannot guarantee their decisions, uninterrupted access, sales, profit or account standing. These limits do not excuse our own obligations under applicable law.
Invitation access and future billing
Current access is invitation-only. No payment, automatic renewal or free-trial charge arises just from signing up or seeing a subscription card. Before any paid service starts, we will show its currency, full price and applicable taxes, interval, allowances, trial conversion, renewal and cancellation terms and obtain the required agreement. These Terms do not authorise an unannounced future charge. Mandatory refund and remedy rights remain available.
Your content and our software
You retain rights to your content. You grant us the limited permission to store, process, display and transmit it needed to provide and secure the requested service, support it and comply with law. This is not permission to sell personal information or use it for unrelated advertising. Sellify and its software remain owned by their respective rights holders; your access is a limited right to use the service, not a transfer of ownership.
Reliability and changes
Maintenance, incidents, internet conditions and platform changes may interrupt or alter features. We take reasonable steps to operate and secure the service and give reasonable notice of planned material adverse changes where practicable. Urgent safety, security or legal changes may be immediate. We will not use a change to avoid an existing obligation or retrospectively imply agreement. Where new agreement is required, we will ask for it.
Australian consumer and small-business protections
Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. A limitation applies only to the extent lawful. No clause is intended to remove mandatory protections against unfair contract terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from third-party platform decisions or events outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude responsibility for our fraud, wilful misconduct, negligence where exclusion is unlawful, or other non-excludable obligations. No statement here prevents a remedy the law requires.
Suspension, closure and data
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect people or the service, investigate misuse or comply with law. Where appropriate we will explain the reason and offer a reasonable chance to resolve it. You can stop using Sellify or request closure through Settings or support. Closing Sellify does not cancel Amazon purchases, end eBay listings, cancel external subscriptions or erase every legally retained record. We review active work and privacy requests separately and explain retained information.
Notices, complaints and applicable rights
We send necessary account, security and service notices electronically. Marketing, if introduced, needs the choices required by law. Contact support@itssellify.com to raise a concern. We will try to resolve it promptly; contacting us does not prevent urgent relief, regulator complaints or access to a court or tribunal available under applicable law. These Terms do not impose an exclusive overseas forum or override mandatory Australian or Indonesian law.
Earlier terms
The September 1, 2026 version remains at /terms/versions/2026-09-01. Previous acceptance records remain unchanged. Publishing this version does not itself record an existing user's agreement to a material new term.
