Who may use Sellify
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you use Sellify for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business and that the account information you provide is accurate.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in method, keeping account information current, and promptly telling support@itssellify.com about suspected unauthorized access. You may not share access in a way that defeats plan limits or security controls.
What Sellify provides
Sellify provides tools for seller operations, including product imports, listing preparation, inventory and order workflows, marketplace connections, and human-reviewed checkout assistance. Features may depend on third-party platforms and may change when needed for security, law, platform compatibility, or service improvement. Material adverse changes will receive reasonable notice where practicable.
Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for products, listings, prices, taxes, customer communications, marketplace compliance, fulfillment decisions, and every final purchase or publication action. You must not use Sellify for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, abusive, or unauthorized activity, or attempt to bypass access, rate, security, or marketplace controls.
Third-party services
Google, eBay, Amazon, payment providers, and other connected services have their own terms and policies. Sellify does not control those services and cannot guarantee their availability or decisions. Connecting a service authorizes only the access described in Sellify at that time; you may disconnect supported connections through the product or support.
Plans, fees, and cancellation
Any paid plan, billing period, price, tax, renewal, usage allowance, trial, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. You may cancel recurring service as described at checkout or in account settings. Except where law requires otherwise, charges already incurred are not refundable merely because you stop using a paid period.
Your content
You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You give Sellify a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, comply with law, and carry out actions you request.
Availability and acceptable changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, incidents, third-party changes, and internet conditions can interrupt access. We will not use a change clause to avoid obligations already owed to you. If a material change significantly disadvantages an active paid customer, any rights and remedies required by applicable law remain available.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law. Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the maximum extent the law permits.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sellify is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by third-party platform decisions, user-controlled listings or purchases, or events outside reasonable control. This does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
Suspension and ending access
We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Sellify, or third parties, investigate misuse, comply with law, or prevent material harm. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a reasonable opportunity to address it. You may stop using Sellify at any time and may request account closure through support.
Privacy and notices
The Sellify Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may send account, security, confirmation, billing, and service notices electronically. Marketing messages, if introduced, will include the choices required by applicable law.
Disputes and contact
Contact support@itssellify.com first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. These Terms are governed by laws applicable in Australia, without removing any mandatory rights or forum available to you under applicable consumer law.
